to the SSTC page:

If SAML really takes off, it can perhaps go off in another direction.

Since you're on the topic...

The phone call got a bit boring last night so during the voting
I registered saml.org and can offer the domain for the group's 
use so long as we exist (assuming the group want to use it).

Drop me a line whenever you want to ridirect www.saml.org
somewhere sensible.

Lame, I know, but at least it won't turn out to be something
undesirable:-)
