It's perhaps worthwhile to note that someone (whose name I didn't get) joined
the concall late and also volunteered a report on the Sec-Consider subgroup
(that was essentially the same as above IIRC).

I believe the acronym is spelled "HIPAA", though it's apparently been misspelled
by a fair number of folks as "HIPPA".
