Folks-- The W3C XML Encryption working group has produced their 
requirements document:

   http://www.w3.org/TR/xml-encryption-req

A liaison report should be made at the next official TC telecon (1 May), 
and comments gathered at that time to be conveyed to the W3C group.  Our 
liaisons of record are Stephen Farrell, Gilbert Pilz, and Ed Simon.  (Of 
course, anyone can still feel free to comment on the document individually 
offline.)
