First meeting of the "Focus" team is Tuesday, 24 April

I haven't yet worked out the exact agenda for tomorrow's first Focus 
meeting; check your mailboxes in the morning!  But I know I'd like to focus 
on the issues that people raised on the core assertions/protocols design, 
so be ready to discuss that.
