I think Jeremy has a good point about coordinating amongst ourselves if we want
to get a talk or two on the conf agenda. 

It seems to me that proposing two distinct talks, one targeted for Standards
track, which mostly discusses SAML itself in detail, and another targeted for
Developers, which mostly discusses SAMLs application in various contexts along
with discussion of available SDKs & APIs, would be a good approach.
