URN identifiers for security

All,

	I am considering applying for a set of URNs to support various
security related resources:

Object digest identifier:

	urn:digest-sha1:AKJ398FH2398FHSW9873WA4HSZ980HF==
		[Obvious, could also do SHA2, note that this will involve
redefining
		base64 or using hex since /, + and = are reserved in URNs

Persistent 'thing' identifier:

	urn:pft:2001-08-08:example.test:q20958aw0587
		[There is an existing proposal in, there are a couple of
issues to resolve]

Account identifier

	urn:account:example.test:alice+role1+role2+role3
		[Alice@example.test in the three stated roles. Note that
this is an ephemeral identifier that is not intended to provide
persistence.]
