Please hold your horses!! 

Joe and I feel that the present, committee working draft -maturity-level,
Specification Set is still too rough for general-to-the-public press releases
and would appreciate folks WAITING for, say, final issuance of "Committee
Specification" -level spec set to do such. We're concerned with having folks
missunderstand and think we're claiming we're done, when we certainly aren't. 

However, we do feel that it's appropriate at this time to publicize this spec
set thru technical standards bodies channels, e.g. w3c XMLP & xmldsig folks,
IETF security area advisory group (i.e. the "saag" list), and among OASIS
members and related TCs. On this final point, we're working with Dee Schur and
Carol Geyer to effect this starting on Monday in the "OASIS News" blurb and
other member communications.
