Subject: [security-services] Observation About Subject Confirmation andConformance
When doing a binding, outside of the context of any particular usage, there is no particular way for an Asserting Party to know what subject confirmation method to use, therefore, this can not be the subject of conformance testing.
For example, suppose I implement a Attribute Authority capable of responding to Attribute Queries over the SOAP binding, there is no way to decide what subject confirmation method to use.
