1. In section 2.3.2.2  line #488 (cs-sstc-core-00) it still says 
<AdviceElement> even though it does not exist any more. Also line #1450 
should remove too.

2. Line # 636 and 639. it says AuthenticationMethod and 
AuthenticationInstant are optional. If they are optional, how can the 
receiver knows what kind of Auth method which the user used for 
Authentication, and the occurred time of such event.
