Subject: Updated meeting schedule

Hi folks... Given that a) Our target timeframe for shipping a V1.1 spec is rapidly approaching, b) Our work item list for V1.1 is getting better-defined but there are still quite a few open issues, and c) There doesn't appear to be enough time in the bi-weekly meetings to get the job done
We agreed on the call today to move to a weekly meeting schedule and that we would trim the calls to 1.5 hours. The calls will be in the same time slot using (presumably) the same number and access code. Eve will be sending a note to the list when that's arranged.
As most folks can recall, this is consistent with what was done to get the V1.0 work completed and it seemed like the right approach now.
Due to the late notice of this change, next weeks meeting will be planned as a Focus subcommittee meeting as we may not have full attendance for quorum purposes. Beyond that, we will plan on the weekly meetings to be Quorum meetings.
Hopefully folks haven't booked these alternate Tuesdays with other meetings and will be able to attend. Please let Prateek and myself know offline if the additional meetings are a problem for you.
