Subject: V2.0 issues list now available


Since these auto-generated messages are so impersonal (I know I tend to 
ignore them in favor of messages written by humans), I wanted to let 
people know that we now have a draft of the new issues list.  The PDF 
link is below.  I used the identifier scheme that I proposed last week. 
  Note that the status can be one of four values: Open, Deferred, 
Resolved, or Closed.  We should be discussing the Open ones in our 
meetings.  Editors should be implementing the Resolved ones.  I will try 
to update this prior to every meeting.  Let me know if you have 
questions or suggestions.

(I toyed with different "encodings" of this document, settling on 
OpenOffice for the moment -- the other contenders were a spreadsheet and 
custom XML...  I will probably have a brand-spanking-new OpenOffice 
OASIS template for people to use very soon, and will put that in the 
spectools area.)
