Credentials collector use-cases update

Colleagues - I have updated the credentials collector use-case document with
a concrete example, based on the SOAP gateway.

The example draws on copyright material of the Liberty Alliance.  I have
requested permission to reproduce this material, and will post the document
as soon as I receive the necessary permission.

If I do not receive permission within the next couple of day, I will remove
the material and post the document without it.
