As I read this and the Liberty site there are 5 companies that claim IP on
the specifications, this puts a unknown burden companies in the SS-TC that
wish to see RF.  See http://www.projectliberty.org/specs/ipr.html. Is there
anything else you or anyone can add to help clarify ? SAML 1.1 is pretty
clear on IP and while not RF it's acceptable and would like to make sure
that same holds true in the future versions.

Are other folk comfortable with potential IP issues ?
