Document Description:
Rev 02 of the core spec.  Implements CORE-10 (minor fix to Evidence wording) and also the W-1 Identity Federation solution proposal, nameid-07, as far as it goes.  A few issues with the schema techniques around name identifiers remain.  OpenOffice.org and merged PDF versions are also being uploaded.
