Subject: New draft of schema extensibility paper

I don't think this topic is of primary importance during the F2F, but if
we have extra time at the end, it would nice to work in a discussion of
a few of the outstanding recommendations and issues. Here are links to
the various forms of this paper:

Change-bar PDF:
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/security/download.php/5227/sstc-maler-schema-extension-02-diff.pdf
Non-change-bar PDF:
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/security/download.php/5226/sstc-maler-schema-extension-02.pdf
OpenOffice.org source:
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/security/download.php/5225/sstc-maler-schema-extension-02.sxw

If you have any offline comments, Scott and I would be happy to consider
them, of course...
