Subject: Core-08 is now available
Main change in core-08: Scott implemented ArtifactRequest as a new kind of specialized protocol. Also: Sigh, I was working a little too quickly to get all the details right, but I think I implemented the W-28a attribute proposal to the 99% level. Known bugs in this attempt: - The schema snippet for AttributeType in core-08 doesn't show the Source attribute, though it's in the corresponding real schema that I just uploaded. - AttributeNamespace was required, but we figured out how to make its replacement NameFormat be optional with a default value. The explanation of the default is in there, but the attribute is defined in the schema as required. Which way should we go? I will update the SSTC home pages in a moment to point to the latest drafts of all the specs. If I'm lucky, I will still have a chance tonight to update the issues list and scope/work items document.
