Arghh. Accidently hit the send button before putting in my message -
sorry...

I have set up a ballot this morning to collect the required attendance
info.  I set it up before seeing Irving's request to notify him
directly.  After seeing his email, I modified the ballot (and thus
you'll see multiple emails) to change the ballot close date to Wednesday
at 5pm.

Irving - If you really prefer everyone sending you email directly,
that's fine - I can close the ballot.  Otherwsie, we can just let
everyone respond to the ballot and you'll have a consolidated list.
