Based on the Liberty ID-FF Implementation Guidelines, with Liberty => SAML changes noted below.

Ch. 1: Introduction: expanded SAML Architecture discussion
Ch. 2: User Agent Considerations: expanded cookie discussion, added caching section
Ch. 3: Security Considerations: mostly rewritten, more tutorial in nature, incorporated MTI security models
Ch. 4: Authentication: mostly unchanged
Ch. 5: Replication Considerations: new
Ch. 6: Guidelines for Mobile Environments: mostly unchanged, LECP=>ECP. Some details need to be checked by someone more knowledgeable about mobile environments.
Ch. 7: Privacy Principles: unchanged
