Updated document with corrected schema files, addition of a reference to
types schema, and the addition of the following text:

"This section lists the complete Authentication Context Types XML Schema,
and the Authentication Context XML schema [SAMLAC-xsd] itself, used for the
validation of individual declarations. The types schema has no target
namespace, and is then included by [SAMLAC-xsd]."
