So, we're all set wrt..

   application/samlassertion+xml
   http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/application/samlassertion+xml

   application/samlmetadata+xml
   http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/application/samlmetadata+xml

These mime media types are now duly "officially" registered.

I'm checking on how we'll update the reg info, pointed to by the URLs above,
such that they cite & point to the final "oasis standard" maturity-level specs
once they are annointed said exalted status.
