Hi Scott, just a point of clarification.

It's my understanding that CD status for the Extensions doc would not 
preclude the addition of new extensions should they emerge after the doc 
achieved this status?

I'm thinking specifically of the recently submitted discussion document 
for group identity [1] in which we (tentatively) proposed a <SwitchUser> 
extension. It's by no means certain that we'll end up with this 
extension but I do want to make sure we're not closing doors.
