SAML IPR statements have been revised to explicit "defensive suspension"

RSA, Fidelity, and Sun have all revised their IPR postures to be explicitly 
"defensive suspension", and RSA is no longer requiring actual license 
registration. Hopefully this makes it very clear that SAML is RF-no-RAND.
