Unfortunately, the Standard Guide for Privilege Management
Infrastructure (PMI) is not yet available for sale at the ASTM store
(astm.org).  So I am attaching an early draft version.  If you find the
document interesting, you should purchase the final document at the ASTM
site when they make it available.  This document must not be made freely
available (e.g. from the wiki) just kept inside the SSTC as a draft for
your reference.
