Draft-03 of the Subject-based Profiles for SAML V1.1 Assertions has
been uploaded:

The included diff will show all the changes between draft-02 and
draft-03, but the most significant change is the addition of a
conformance section and some refactoring to accommodate that.

I'm satisfied with the document as it stands.  If there are further
comments or suggestions, I'd be happy to incorporate them, but barring
that I'd like to recommend draft-03 be considered for Committee Draft
status.
