lost Committee Specifications

I added four new links to the wiki front page:

http://wiki.oasis-open.org/security/FrontPage

These links point to new pages for four Committee Specifications
approved on 23 May 2007.  (Actually, there were six altogether but two
went on to become OASIS Standards.)  I can't find the CS versions of
these documents (but then I didn't search very hard).  Perhaps the
authors could update the wiki with the appropriate links?
