SAML V2.0 Kerberos Ballots did not pass

Hi all,

The three ballots which closed Thursday did not receive sufficient votes to pass.

Special Majority votes require positive votes from 2/3 of eligible voters, and this number was not achieved by any of the ballots.

With 11 eligible voters, 8 votes would be required.

There were no negative votes or abstentions, so the TC may wish to consider attempting similar ballots in the near future with additional encouragement to eligible voters to participate.
