MD RPI WD 07 Uploaded

Hey guys,

I just uploaded WD07[1] of the "SAML V2.0 Metadata Extensions for 
Registration and Publication Information Version 1.0" document.  The 
only changes are some typographical issues found with CSD01.

I won't be able to attend the call on Tuesday as I have to make a day 
trip to Chicago.  I would like to ask the committee to:
  - please vote this to CSD02
  - vote to begin the public review which, as I understand it, is the 
next step to starting the process of making it a committee standard
