question re saml-channel-binding-ext

Sorry to be late in the process with questions.

I find it hard to understand from the spec if the channel binding is limited to a single request/response, or is there a way to reuse an established binding to do additional exchanges without additional authentication and protection at the assertion level.

Also people might find it useful to get an overview of the use of channel binding with respect to holder-of-key and bearer tokens.
