Folks, sorry - spoke too quickly. (Teach me to rush through email in the morning.) 

The ballot did *not* pass. You needed 6 affirmative votes to pass but you only received 5. 

Feel free to submit the request for another ballot if you'd like - and apologies for the mixup on my end.

TC Administration will now publish the CS to the OASIS Library and

announce it to OASIS members and the public. TC Admin JIRA ticket https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/TCADMIN-1385 has been started to manage this work.

We'll let you know when the CS is ready. Please let me know if you

have any questions and congratulations on reaching this milestone.
