Ok, Mohammad lost his vote as of 5 May. However, May 5 did reach quorum. For some reason the system thought we had 6 members at that point. Actually we had 5 and now we have 4. In either event, quorum is 3.

I changed Mohammad to "member" and manually set the May 5 meeting to "achieved quorum".

So now achieving quorum will be hard, but not impossible.
