(1) Roll Call

Hal Lockhart.

Quorum achieved.
-- Voting Members: 2 of 3 (66%) (used for quorum calculation) 



(2) Agenda

-- Formally closing the SSTC group. This will be the last SSTC meeting.



(3) Volunteer to take minutes. 

-- Thomas taking minutes.



(4) Motions

-- Hal motions that we close down (terminate) the SSTC.

-- Thomas seconds.

-- No objections.



(5) Short discussion about future errata

-- Ari asked about what happens if later there is a need to update the SAML specs.  

-- Hal responded that OASIS could call for some meetings to address such occurrences.  However, that will depend on specific circumstances.
