I just got off the phone with Darren. He asked me to tell everyone
that he's had a hard drive crash and he's offline for the time being.
We should still have straw man 4 done today, though.

The other thing he said he'd like to do is set up an "open mike" part
of his review during the F2F where people can discuss issues that
weren't concluded. This would probably lower the bar, since writing a
draft doc is a bit much to do before the F2F.
