Dear Michal and Dieter,

I agree on committing the use case I sent you, but I believe they need some refinement that I and Dario can only do next week.
Concerning SEEMP, I believe a preliminary use case can be drawn in a couple of weeks, because Dario and I can initiate the process, but I would like to ask some other partners' contribution.
Concerning TRIPCOM, both use cases (EAI and eHealth) are quite short and they can both serve here.
