Please find attached revision 3 of the RA document with updates on
discovery, composition, selection, and orchestration. Also some comments
for discussion on the next phone conference. Thanks go to Barry Norton,
Ioan Toma, Joerg Hoffmann and Thomas Haselwanter for contributions to this
revision. 

You have plenty of time before the conference on the 21st to read the
document, I would appreciate it if everyone could take a few minutes to
take a look (I even marketed those things that have changed :))
