Subject: Press release announcing SOA-EERP TC

OASIS SOA-EERP TC members:
Congratulations on forming the TC. We announced the Call for Participation in OASIS News on 7 July [1] and are ready to help recruit new participation in this exciting work.

As soon as the TC has three Foundational and/or Sponsor-level members, we'll be able to issue an official OASIS press release. There is currently one Foundational member (Primeton) on the TC.

If you represent a Contributor-level member, please consider upgrading your membership to the full Sponsor level. In addition to advancing the work of SOA-EERP, you'll receive many visibility benefits:

* Your organization will be featured on the public homepages of every TC in which you participate;

* Your organization will be featured on the datasheets of all the OASIS Standards to which you contribute;

* Your organization's logo will appear on the OASIS homepage in the rotating Sponsor logo banner;

* Your organization will be featured in all OASIS press releases concerning TCs in which you participate;

* Your organization will be eligible to provide supporting quotes for all OASIS press releases concerning TCs in which you participate;

* The OASIS Events calendar will promote conference presentations from your employees on OASIS work;

* Your organization will be eligible to sponsor Cover Pages (www.xml.coverpages.org) and/or XML.org (www.xml.org), two very popular information resources on XML and open standards;

* Your organization will be able to brief editors from XML.org and Cover Pages on your products and services

Details on OASIS promotional benefits are provided at http://www.oasis-open.org/join/categories/comparing_benefits.php. Scott McGrath, the OASIS director of member services, can provide more information on the cost of upgrading (it's prorated based on your annual membership renewal date).

Also, I encourage you to consider having a public relations representative from your organization subscribe to the OASIS PR Group (http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=pubrel). It's the best way to stay on top of upcoming promotional opportunities at OASIS.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be of any help.

Best regards,
Carol
