SOA-EERP TC Issues Process

Bill and all,  

One of action items from last TC meeting for me is to post the Issue
Process, procedures and template.  The process is copied from WS-SX TC, and
made some modifications. 
Now, it is posted on
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/32550/IssuesProcess.pdf. 

It is encouraged for all TC members to use this process to submit issues.  

Also, Bill, can you update our TC page at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=soa-eerp with
the following text:

Issues List

The TC maintains an issues list to track actions and issues. The latest
list should always be available at
http://docs.oasis-open.org/soa-eerp/issues/issues.xml.
For TC members, who wish to open a new issue, please follow the submission
instructions that are included with the new issue template at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/32550/IssuesProcess.pdf 
All prior versions of the issues list can be found at
http://docs.oasis-open.org/soa-eerp/issues/ .
