BSLA v1.0 spec WD06 is ready for CD02

Bill and all TC members, 

The Business Service Level Agreement v1.0 spec working draft 06 (WD06),  
www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/33244/BusinessServiceLevelAgreeme
nt-v1.0-spec-wd06.pdf, has fixed all outstanding issues that are related to
the BSLA spec. 

Please review the spec and the changes on the spec. Let me know if you have
any comments or problems on the changes that I made for each issue.
