The new issues.xml document is pending; please check closer to the meeting
date for updates.

We will likely be using a different teleconference number as I will be
traveling; watch for updates to this notice.

Please carefully read the updates to the documents (links in the agenda)
and the updated annotations to the schemas prior to the meeting.

We have scheduled a possible vote on Committee Draft 02 provided the
changes made are satisfactory.
