Subject: TC approved Public Review tonight

Including CD02 and the white paper WD05 with minor changes. This was a
full majority vote, recorded in the chat and eventually the minutes. The vote was unanimous by all voting members attending; one voting member was traveling and not able to attend. Szu and I will be doing the editing to get things ready to forward to the TC Administrator. Thanks! bill --
