I will not be available for the March 17 (New York evening)/18 (East Asia morning) meeting due to travel. The most recent time I was not available there were phone problems and the meeting did not take place, so I'd like to reschedule that meeting.

In my order of preference,  can we reschedule one day later, or (if the updated draft is available from Szu Chang) for a week earlier or (if not) a week later?

The choices would be

(1) March 18 (New York evening)/19 (East Asia morning)

(2) March 10/11 (if document will be ready by March 8

(3) March 24/25 (if document is not ready).

This does NOT AFFECT OUR MEETING THIS WEEK.

Please consider the options and we'll talk about it in six hours or so.

We should also look forward at any anticipated conflicts.
