TC Homepage Update

Our TC Home page @
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=soa-eerp has
updated with the 15-day public review announcement. However, all document
links on the announcement session still point to old CD-03 version. The
issues list still point to the old issues.xml from last year. Can you
update those links to what are being reviewed?
