The landing pad for a SOA reference implmentation is
an electronic registry that becomes a point of action
in the SOA.  The email folder that collects e-mails on
ontology tools is not a point of action in the SOA
because it is not acting in an automated fashion with
the SOA.  A UDDI registry or ebXML registry could be
an electronic registry that is a point of action in
the SOA.
