  One of the reasons that we are focusing on governance is because we  
are waiting for the comment period to finish on the current draft.  
So, please do what you can on Section 4. Even highlighting a  
paragraph as junk will have the effect of forcing us to pay attention  
to it going forward.

I intend there to be one more telcon on governance before we process  
the issues on 0.2
