OASIS SOA RA Service Description to ebXML Reference Information Model Profile

If you are interested in the implementation of the SOA
RA Service Description in an ebXML registry, I am
creating an OASIS SOA RA Service Description to ebXML
Reference Information Model profile (attached xml
spread sheet).  The ebXML registry is at
http://www.integratedresponseservices.net:6480/soar. 
I have all the pieces figured out to develop a Service
Description web app on top of the registry so that
will be up and going in short order. 

As I am going through this implementation process, it
is raising questions about how much information is
actually needed in the SD for the RA and an
implementation.   I am taking a minimalistic approach
to the Service Description implementation with a
justification for expansion on the minimal necessary.
My questions are in red on the first sheet of the
attached profile spreadsheet, way off to the right in
the comments column.

When I have the service description web app going
(this week hopefully), I think walking through the
service description web app (offline and in e-mail
threads) and seeing how a real implementation works
with an ebXML registry could help  with our Service
Description model.
