RE: [soa-rm] Working Draft 0.3 of the Reference Architecture

To all subcommittee members:

I wanted to make sure that everyone was familiar with the appropriate rules,
templates and guidelines before this document moves to Committee Draft.
Rectifying any issues now will eliminate needing to go back to the main TC for
further approvals.

The appropriate sections of the TC Process can be found here:
Specification Quality:

In particular, note the following requirements:
File Naming Scheme
(http://docs.oasis-open.org/specGuidelines/namingGuidelines/resourceNaming.html
and http://docs.oasis-open.org/specGuidelines/namingGuidelines/metadata.html)

Templates (http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates)
Note that the references should be in Section 1.

Conformance Section (which should be the last numbered section in the document
immediately preceding Appendix A)

The specification itself should be assigned a version number that will follow
through to OASIS Standard (i.e. 1.0); interim revisions are noted by a
combination of Stage (Working Draft ##, Committee Draft ##, etc.) and Revision
identifiers as described in the Naming Guidelines.
