Follow up from last discussion

  Again, apologies for the belated communication.

  In the SOA RA STC we have been having a number of discussions about  
how best to further the process along a bit.

  It is a little difficult to schedule a single marathon telcon  
session of four hours; given that everyone is already busy with work  
commitments. So, we feel that it my be better to schedule two shorter  
sessions -- say 1.5 to 2 hours.

  Timetabling this kind of thing is very hard of course, but we would  
like to suggest Dec 17th, 8:00am to 10:am for the first session. This  
will be after our upcoming F2F but we do not feel that that is a major  
problem.

  If this is acceptable, then we will make an effort to arrange  
conferencing facilities.
