RE: [soa-rm-ra] potential text for trust in RA

Folks,

There is a mismatch between Trust definitions (however slight) between Frank's latest (and reflected in the latest draft) and Ken/Dave's defn.  Specifically, "actor" and "goal" versus "entity."  I think it's important to use the term actor because it is a more abstract concept that includes participants and delegates.  A bit more challenging will be getting to some agreement on goal.
