7th SOA for EGov Conference

Hi Guys,

I tried  to pass along the url for a ppt given this morning at the 
7th SOA for EGov Conference by Dave Mayo, Everware-CBDI, the other 
invited member of the NCOIC Services Working Group where I'm working 
on the Integrated Emergency Services Pattern. However, the OASIS mail 
server kept refusing it, so I decided to just send the document 
instead. That cused a problem with my Vonage line and I figured no 
one really needed a ppt file attachment, so I will send it to anyone 
who is interested.

He mentions the RM in Slide 10 and many of our key concepts, whether 
intentional or not.

I wasn't able to stay online for his entire presentation because I 
have four hours of back to back meetings before I can rejoin the 
conference.
