I'd stay away from the interaction stuff (2) for PR2.  As the OMG  
paper demonstrates on top of our own experiences, it is really easy to  
get wrapped around an axle when you start picking at that and I doubt  
you can get something agreeable together in the PR2 time frame.

I'm not sure what the text bolding is in 5.

Also,
6. Make sure governance is consistent with that approved for TOG  
discussion. Work on relationship with management is still action for  
post-PR2.
