Subject: RE: [soa-rm-ra] FW: OASIS Service Framework Resources
Dave, While this is probably not what you want to hear, I like you being the gatekeeper or, more accurately, the observer at the gate. I'm afraid there would just be confusion if different folks in one group initiated disconnected discussions with folks in the other group, and that answers get mangled because of different interpretations of the questions (both from the asker and the answerer). If you can continue to filter/rationalize the discussion and keep the context straight, it will help. Should we provide a summary of Editors and Committee members (e.g. willingness) who have primary interest in different chapters/subjects in the SOA RAF and ask them to forward questions in those areas to them for filtering prior to discussions with the full subcommittee. I am becoming a single point of failure as a filter in relaying these concerns. The DM2 2.02 is emphasizing Service as the next major modeling effort. I do like letting the DM2 be our filter to UPDM and other European committees. Should this suggestion be an topic for next meeting. Dave -----Original Message----- From: David E. Should we work IP issues or could we have material sent directly to the subcommittee? If you have questions on the OASIS RAF or would like for them to look over draft material, you can send to them and they might be able to provide you some good feedback. I know they have been very helpful with the DM2.
